Fantasy Impact:
Blackburn's goal is to return by the end of July, and the fact he resumed throwing just three days into his IL stint is certainly encouraging. The veteran has been tagged for a 7.71 ERA in six big-league outings (four starts) alongside a 3.68 ERA in seven minor-league starts.
