Fantasy Impact:
The Red Sox sent David Hamilton and Isaiah Campbell to Triple-A following Thursday's game against the Rays, seemingly opening up two roster spots for Dobbins and Alex Bregman for activation on Friday. Dobbins posted a 4.10 ERA in 12 outings (10 starts) prior to hitting the shelf.
