The Padres optioned RHP Ryan Bergert to Triple-A El Paso.
Fantasy Impact:
Bergert allowed two runs over 4 2/3 innings with sevens strikeouts in his return from the injured list on Friday against the Phillies. He should be back up after the All-Star break.
