Aaron Wilkerson signs minor-league deal with Cardinals

The St. Louis Cardinals have signed right-hander Aaron Wilkerson to a minor-league deal. (Jeff Jones on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Wilkerson has spent much of the season with Triple-A Louisville in the Reds' organization and has been sent to Triple-A Memphis after signing with St. Louis. He posted a 4.17 ERA in 18 starts with Louisville this season.
