The Mets could recall Francisco Alvarez to the majors from Triple-A Syracuse soon. (Anthony DiComo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Alvarez hit his 11th home run in 75 plate appearances since being optioned to Triple-A. Mets manager Carlos Mendoza called Alvarez's stay in Syracuse "open-ended," and added, "We'll see what happens."
