Fantasy Impact:
The Rays needed to clear a 40-man roster spot for Johnny DeLuca who returned from the 60-day injured list on Friday and Waguespack is the roster casualty. The righty hasn't appeared for the Rays this season but posted a tidy 0.46 ERA across 15 appearances with Triple-A Durham.
