Fantasy Impact:
Garcia was originally placed on the injured list July 5 with a left ankle sprain, but he received a cortisone shot in his right elbow last week and was subsequently shut down from throwing. He'll likely require a rehab assignment and is looking at a late August or September return to the Blue Jays bullpen.
