Tanner Houck to undergo Tommy John surgery

Red Sox right-hander Tanner Houck will require Tommy John surgery, according to manager Alex Cora. (Chris Cotillo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Houck had a setback in his rehab from an elbow injury in early July and will now need the dreaded Tommy John surgery. The procedure will end Houck's 2025 season and will likely cost him all of the 2026 season, as well.
