Kyle Nelson allowed one hit and one earned run while striking out one batter to earn the save in the Diamondbacks' 6-4 victory against the Athletics.
Fantasy Impact:
Nelson received a rare save opportunity yesterday, and was able to record the save despite allowing an earned run. While the Diamondbacks are using a closer-by-committee approach, he is not expected to see many other save opportunities. After yesterday's performance, Nelson now has a 4.50 ERA and 1.00 WHIP with a save across two appearances this season.
