Cavan Biggio signs minor league deal with Angels

Fantasy Impact:
Biggio was released on July 30 by the Kansas City Royals after posting a .174/.296/.346 slash line across 69 at-bats. He has quickly found a new organization in the Angels and will report to Triple-A Salt Lake.
