Blackburn appears ready to be reinstated from the injured list, having thrown 87 and 93 pitches in his last two rehab starts while posting a 2.21 ERA and 1.13 WHIP. However, the Mets will have him pitch in one more rehab game as they try to figure out how to use him upon his return.
