Jacob Latz to be recalled by Rangers

Latz will take the roster spot of reliever Cole Winn, who hit the injured list on Wednesday with nerve irritation in his hand. Latz has posted a 3.23 ERA in 25 appearances (three starts) for the Rangers this season.
