Luis Garcia (elbow) activated from 60-day IL

The Astros activated RHP Luis Garcia from the 60-day injured list.
Fantasy Impact:
Garcia has officially worked his way back from Tommy John surgery. He will make his season debut on Monday. He pitched well on his rehab assignment.
