Fantasy Impact:
Despite not allowing an earned run in 4.1 innings in September, Hanifee will return to the minors. He will likely receive another opportunity in the Tigers' bullpen if a spot opens up. In a corresponding move, Brant Hurter was recalled from Triple-A.
