Caleb Boushley elects free agency after clearing waivers

Caleb Boushley has elected to become a free agent after clearing waivers on Thursday. The 32-year-old reliever had been designated for assignment earlier in the week. (Rays Communications)
Fantasy Impact:
Boushley was claimed off waivers by the Rays from the Rangers on September 9 but did not appear in a major-league game for Tampa Bay. In 2025, he posted a 6.02 ERA and a 1.57 WHIP in 43.1 innings for the Rangers. He will now test his luck on the open market.
