Jose Franco contract selected by Reds

The Cincinnati Reds selected the contract of pitcher Jose Franco from Triple-A Louisville on Thursday, adding him to the 40-man roster. Franco's promotion comes after he split the 2025 season between Double-A Chattanooga and Triple-A Louisville. (Cincinnati Reds)
Fantasy Impact:
In a combined 110 innings across both minor-league levels in 2025, Franco posted a 3.11 ERA and 1.26 WHIP. Following his quick ascension through Cincinnati's farm system, he will have an opportunity to make the 2026 Opening Day roster during spring training.
