Jason Foley signs one-year deal with Giants

Fantasy Impact:
Foley isn't expected to return from shoulder surgery until mid-season. The righty failed to crack the Tigers' bullpen out of spring training last season but had 28 saves to go along with a 3.15 ERA in the 2024 campaign.
