Fantasy Impact:
Drafted in the 20th round by Cleveland in the 2019 MLB Draft, Enright was selected in the Rule 5 Draft by the Marlins in 2022. Just weeks later, it was announced that he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. He battled to beat cancer, returned to Cleveland, and made his MLB debut last season. The righthander went 2-1 with a 2.01 ERA and 30 strikeouts in 31 innings with the Guardians before announcing that he needed Tommy John surgery. He will spend 2026 recovering and then looks to make his return to the big leagues in 2027. Enright's story alone just makes you want to root for the young man.
