Vidal Brujan designated for assignment by Braves

Vidal Brujan has been designated for assignment by the Atlanta Braves. The move was made to make room for newly-acquired Ken Waldichuk, whom the Braves signed off waivers from the Athletics. (Atlanta Braves on X)

Fantasy Impact:

Brujan played 23 games for the Braves last season and batted .268 with five RBI in 47 plate appearances. Brujan has played for five different teams in parts of five Major League seasons and is a career .199 hitter over 645 plate appearances. He does, however, have a .286 lifetime average in the minors with 246 stolen bases in 10 seasons.
