Logan Gilbert avoids arbitration with Mariners

Fantasy Impact:

Gilbert missed a month-and-a-half in May and June last season, limiting him to 131 innings. He went 6-6 with a 3.44 ERA and 173 strikeouts. The year prior, Gilbert finished sixth in the AL Cy Young voting, pitching to a 3.23 ERA with 220 strikeouts in a league-high 208.2 innings. Gilbert is better than league average in both walk rate (5.4%) and strikeout rate (26.2%) and he holds opponents to a .224 batting average. The ace righthander will hold a top-of-the-rotation spot with the Mariners in 2026.
