Luke Raley agrees to one-year deal with Mariners
by David Leisering | Mariners Correspondent | Fri, Jan 9th 7:43pm EST
Luke Raley and the Seattle Mariners avoided arbitration as both sides agreed to a $2.05 million contract in 2026. (Daniel Kramer on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Raley struggled through an injury-plagued 2025 and batted just .202 with four home runs in 219 plate appearances - a far cry from the combined 41 home runs he hit in 2023 and 2024. Raley, who played first base and all three outfield positions last season, will more than likely find himself in a bench role to start the 2026 season.
