Fantasy Impact:
Simas has spent his entire six-year professional career in the Red Sox' organization after being drafted by Boston in the 25th round of the 2019 MLB Draft. The utility infielder has not made his major league debut, but he has seen his best numbers come in Triple-A where he batted .304 with two home runs and six stolen bases in 30 games over the last two years with Worcester. Simas is likely ticketed for Double-A Knoxville or Triple-A Iowa to begin the season.
