by David Leisering | Phillies Correspondent | Tue, Feb 3rd 2:19pm EST
Daniel Robert and the Philadelphia Phillies have agreed on a minor league deal to bring the righthander back to the organization. He will presumably receive an invitation to spring training. (Jon Heyman on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Robert has pitched well in his 18.2 career major league innings, posting a 3.86 ERA with 21 strikeouts. The righthander also has intriguing numbers in the minors with a career 3.40 ERA in 214.1 innings across six seasons. He has allowed only 155 hits while striking out 279 batters in the minors. Last season, he pitched in Triple-A Round Rock (Texas) and Lehigh Valley (Philadelphia) and combined for a 2.67 ERA in 30.1 innings. Robert will likely begin the season with Lehigh Valley but could see himself in Philadelphia at some point in 2026.
