Fantasy Impact:
Miller is expected to miss most of this season after undergoing Tommy John surgery last year in October. It is the reason why he's signing a multi-year deal. He had posted a stifling 1.98 ERA across 36 1/3 innings with the Diamondbacks last season before struggling late in the year with the Brewers.
