Chace (elbow) underwent Tommy John surgery in May. Philadelphia optioned him to Double-A Reading on Saturday. (Philadelphia Phillies)
Fantasy Impact:
His recovery from the procedure will delay the start of his regular season. Chace will join Reading once he completes his rehabilitation from the Tommy John surgery.
