Perez hit .231/.348/.473 with 26 home runs and 27 stolen bases over 587 plate appearances split between Double-A Midland and Triple-A Las Vegas in 2025. The productive campaign earned him a spot on Oakland's 40-man roster in November. (A's Communications)
