Fantasy Impact:
The speedy utilityman went 4-for-16 in 10 games for the Pirates this spring. He spent all of last season with Double-A Altoona and slashed .265/.350/.317 in 513 plate appearances. Jebb was 33-of-38 in stolen bases last year and has gone 87-for-101 attempting to steal in his three-year minor league career. Jebb will continue to provide organizational depth up the middle for the Pirates.
