Song (oblique) aggravated the oblique injury after initially returning from it. Treatment has been the only component of his recovery protocol since the setback occurred. (AJ Cassavell)
Fantasy Impact:
Manager Craig Stammen outlined the organization's cautious stance on Monday: "We've got to play that injury really cautious. Because he had it, came back, got it again. It's just one of those things, we can't have that happen the whole year. We've got to nip it in the bud right now." Song has not been cleared for fielding drills and has not resumed swinging a bat. Opening Day arrives in two weeks.
