Fantasy Impact:
Harris is an intriguing relief arm in the Giants' organization as he has advanced to Triple-A in just three minor league seasons. However, he's a bit of a late arrival as he turned 27 in January. But, the numbers are there - he's 17-5 with a 2.56 ERA and 203 strikeouts in 158 innings. Harris did struggle a bit at Triple-A Sacramento last season, so it's likely he will start the year there. But, it's also quite possible that Harris could see his major league debut come at some point this season.
