Ryan Johnson cracks Opening Day roster

Angels right-hander Ryan Johnson has made the Opening Day roster, according to manager Kurt Suzuki. (Jeff Fletcher on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Johnson, 23, had a nice spring, posting a 3.78 ERA with 18 strikeouts against just four walks in 16 2/3 innings of work. He posted a dominant 1.88 ERA in 12 starts at High-A in 2025, earning him a call to the majors, where he posted a 7.36 ERA across 14 appearances out of the club's bullpen.
