Emmet Sheehan is scheduled to start on the mound in the second game of the regular season for the Los Angeles Dodgers according to Katie Woo. (Katie Woo on Twitter)

Sheehan will take the hill at home against the Arizona Diamondbacks for manager Dave Roberts with Blake Snell beginning the season on the injured list. The right-hander posted a 0.97 WHIP and 2.82 ERA in 15 appearances (6-3, 89 strikeouts) on the mound for the Dodgers during the 2025 season.
