Fantasy Impact:

Lowe earned a spot on the roster with a solid spring for the Reds as he batted .268 with a .947 OPS in 47 plate appearances. Of his 11 hits, seven went for extra bases (four doubles, three home runs) and he drove in eight runs. The lefthanded-hitting first baseman has played seven seasons in the majors and sports a .264 average with 107 career home runs. Lowe hit a career-best 27 round trippers in 2022 with Texas and earned a Sliver Slugger Award. Lowe is expected to backup Sal Stewart at first base, but could supplant the youngster should he struggle at the outset.
