Luis Garcia signs minor league deal with Yankees

The Yankees signed RHP Luis Garcia to a minor-league contract.
Fantasy Impact:
Garcia is continuing to work his way back from Tommy John surgery, which will sideline him this season. He was designated for assignment by the Astros back in November.
