Trevor Megill locks down first save as Brewers edge White Sox

Trevor Megill struck out two batters while allowing one hit in a scoreless outing to earn the save in Sunday's win over the White Sox.

Megill enters the 2026 season once again as the favorite to receive the majority of save chances at the back of the Milwaukee bullpen for manager Pat Murphy, converting 30 of 36 chances in 50 relief appearances (6-3, 60 strikeouts) in 2025.
