Taijuan Walker allowed six earned runs on 10 hits and three walks while striking out two over 4 2/3 innings in Monday's 13-3 loss to Washington.
Fantasy Impact:
Walker didn't have the stuff or the luck Monday night, and the Nationals made him pay. This was obviously not the start the veteran righty was looking for, and with ace Zack Wheeler (shoulder) progressing toward a return to the rotation later this month, Walker's role could be in serious jeopardy. He will aim for a better result Sunday in Colorado.
