Davis Martin allowed three earned runs on five hits and two walks while striking out six over five innings in Monday’s 9-4 win over the Marlins.
Fantasy Impact:
Martin fought consistency issues on the mound in his first start, throwing 59% of his pitches for strikes in the win. The right-hander remains in line as one of the arms that manager Will Venable will count on in the White Sox rotation in 2026 after posting a 1.29 WHIP and 4.10 ERA in 26 starts (7-10, 104 strikeouts) on the mound in 2025.
