Eric Lauer (illness) departs early Sunday
by Brenton Kemp | Blue Jays Correspondent | Mon, Apr 6th 11:14am EDT
Blue Jays left-hander Eric Lauer lasted just two innings against the White Sox on Sunday as he continues to battle an illness.
Fantasy Impact:
Lauer's illness forced him to be pushed back in the rotation until Sunday, but the southpaw clearly wasn't 100% against the White Sox. Lauer pitched just two innings of two-run ball while yielding three hits and three walks. He did not strike out a batter. Assuming improved health, Lauer lines up to take on the Twins at home on Saturday.
