Bello carries a 6.14 ERA and 9:9 K:BB across 14.2 innings through three starts into Saturday's home matchup against Detroit. He worked 6.2 innings Sunday against St. Louis, with the Cardinals generating plenty of contact but hitting it directly at the Boston defense.
