Kris Bubic allowed five earned runs on six hits and three walks while striking out three over 4.2 innings in Thursday's loss to the Tigers.

After the outing, he owns a 3.97 ERA and 1.06 WHIP with a 2-1 record, and a 10.3 K/9 through four starts. He gave up seven hard hits and had only six whiffs on 82 pitches. This is the third start with three walks and the second with fewer than a strikeout per inning. He'll face the Orioles next time out.
