George Soriano picked up his first save of the season, striking out one batter and allowing one hit on 21 pitches in a scoreless outing in the win over Pittsburgh.

Fantasy Impact:

After Monday's win, Soriano now has a 4.38 ERA and 1.05 WHIP with a 1-0 record, one save and two holds across 14 appearances. Riley O'Brien, JoJo Romero and Ryne Stanek were unavailable after high pitch counts this weekend. Soriano has picked up exactly one save in each of the last three seasons and isn't expected to get many more opportunities.
