Gavin Williams allowed five earned runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out seven over six innings in Tuesday's 5-3 loss to the Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
Williams had a rare bad start as this was just the second time all season that he allowed more than three runs in a game. After Tuesday's loss to Kansas City, Williams now has a 3.28 ERA and 1.09 WHIP with a 5-2 record and 60 strikeouts through eight starts. He will look to get back on track in his next start, which comes Sunday against the Twins.
