Ryan Pepiot (hip) undergoes successful surgery

The Rays said Ryan Pepiot's right hip surgery Wednesday went well and he is expected to make a full recovery for spring training next year. (Marc Topkin on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Pepiot is expected to spend a few weeks on crutches as part of a six-month recovery. He'll then progress in his rehab.
