Shea Langeliers went 2-for-4 with a home run, one double, one run scored, and three RBI in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Cardinals.

Langeliers continues a torrid stretch at the plate, recording hits in 11 of his last 12 games for the Athletics. The catcher continues to provide manager Mark Kotsay with one of the more explosive bats as part of an inconsistent Athletics lineup to this point, carrying a 1.037 OPS with 12 home runs, 29 runs scored, and 25 RBI across 37 games.
