Shohei Ohtani pitched seven scoreless innings, allowing four hits and two walks while striking out eight in the win over the Giants.

After this outing, Ohtani has a 0.82 ERA, 0.82 WHIP, 10.2 K/9 and a 3-2 record through seven starts. He was out of the lineup as a hitter and is expected to get the next day off as a batter as well. It's ever so slightly a concern that he is receiving more days off than ever before, but if his offense starts to pick up, he should be back in the lineup every day.
