Tejay Antone earns save Friday versus Guardians

Reds right-hander Tejay Antone locked down his first save of the season in a 7-6 win over the Guardians on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Antone did allow a hit and an earned run in the ninth, but was good enough to lock down his first save of the season and his first since he saved three games in the 2021 season. Decimated by arm injuries in recent seasons, Antone has allowed three earned runs in six innings, but also hasn't walked anyone while striking out six in that time. The Reds have used a variety of arms to close out games this season, but Antone could get some more ninth-inning looks with closer Emilio Pagan (hamstring) sidelined for at least another three weeks.
