The Red Sox optioned LHP Tyler Samaniego to Triple-A Worcester.
Fantasy Impact:
Samaniego had posted a 1.04 ERA across 17 1/3 innings in 18 appearances with the Red Sox so far this season. He should get another opportunity in the majors soon.
