Reds left-hander Nick Lodolo pitched six innings of one-run ball while striking out seven in a winning effort over the Mets on Monday.

Lodolo scattered six hits in this one, but did not walk a batter against his seven punchouts on the night. His lone blemish came in the sixth inning via a solo home run off the bat of Marcus Semien. Monday marked the left-hander's first quality start of the season in his fourth start, while he also completed a season-high six innings to go along with his season-high seven strikeouts. The 28-year-old lowered his ERA to 5.57 on the season and will look to keep the momentum going in a home start against the Braves on Sunday.
