Suarez has a 3.38 ERA, 1.16 WHIP, and 57:19 K:BB across 59.2 innings this season and faces the Yankees in New York next weekend. He has not recorded a quality start since the end of April and has worked six-plus innings just three times in 11 outings.

Sunday produced his season-worst eight hits allowed alongside a season-high 10 strikeouts. Suarez finished with four runs on eight hits and two walks across five innings in the no-decision against Cleveland.
