Grant Holmes allowed two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out four over six innings in Wednesday's 7-3 win over the Blue Jays.

Holmes turned in a quality effort against the Blue Jays on Wednesday night, improving his record to 4-2 through a dozen starts. Since a tough outing at Colorado back on May 1, Holmes has fared quite well on the mound over his last five starts, posting a 3.16 ERA with a 28-10 K/BB ratio across 25 2/3 innings.
