Tyler Freeman hits third home run of season Wednesday

by David Leisering | Rockies Correspondent | Thu, Jun 4th 6:55am EDT

Tyler Freeman went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run on Wednesday as the Rockies suffered a 10-4 loss to the Angels.

Fantasy Impact:

Freeman extended his hitting streak to eight consecutive games with his fifth-inning, two-run homer off of Angels' starter, Walbert Urena. It was Freeman's third blast of the season - his first since May 8 - and he is now hitting .379 (11-for-29) during his eight-game streak. Freeman hit only two home runs in 110 games with the Rockies last season and has a good chance of surpassing his career-high of seven he hit with Cleveland in 2024. For the year, Freeman is hitting .277 with three homers, 17 RBI, and five stolen bases.
